Returns and Refunds

It is our sincere hope that you are thrilled with your purchase and your overall experience with Sweet & Charming. All of the items you see here were made by hand, therefore there will be slight variations to each item. We take careful care to provide accurate details of each item often providing close up images of any areas of note. Additionally, we offer support via email and phone for any questions or concerns that may arise prior your purchase. For this reason, we only offer store credit as an option for returns. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused and in the condition they were received. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

However, in the rare event that you find that your item was grossly misinterpreted in the product details, and/or photos, we will honor your request for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) or exchange it for something else.

We do not issue refunds for any reason– again, with the exception that an item is grossly misrepresented in the listing details and photos. We do not refund shipping and handling costs for any reason. All sales are final on sale items.

Damaged Items

Damaged/defective items must be reported to us within 3 days of initial receipt of order. If you receive a damaged item, (excludes any damages, chips, cracks, stains or blemishes already listed in the item description – if any) you MUST keep all original packaging materials and invoice in order to properly file an insurance claim with USPS.
